• For custom or made-to-order jewellery, an advance payment of at least 25% is required. The remaining balance can be paid on delivery.

• A written confirmation is mandatory before dispatch for all COD orders.

• Once the item is ready, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.

• Customers must provide a complete address and active contact details for successful dispatch.
