That’s why we offer a Cash On Delivery (COD) option on selected ready-to-ship jewelry pieces, such as solid metal ornaments, bangles, etc, as these items are at risk of damage during extended courier storage while waiting for COD collection. Thus, ensuring a seamless and secure shopping experience.

✅ Who Can Avail COD?

• Available only on select ready-to-ship solid metal items (like ornaments and bangles). 

• COD is not available on stone-studded or fragile jewellery pieces.

• A 10% advance (non-refundable once parcelled) must be paid before dispatch. The balance can be paid at the time of delivery.

• For custom or made-to-order jewelry, an advance payment of at least 25% is required (non-refundable once parcelled). The remaining balance can be paid on delivery.

• Once the item is ready, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.
