Many of our jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind. Any resemblance to other designs is purely coincidental. We uphold a strong respect for creativity and originality and remain mindful of intellectual property and copyright laws.

Jewellery Detailing

(1) Metal Composition

Please note the following details about the metals used in our jewellery pieces. Specifics for each product are also mentioned in the individual product descriptions:

• The main motifs in our jewellery are crafted in 22 karat hallmarked gold.

• Earring stems and push-back or screw-back components are made of 18-karat gold.

• Links in necklaces, bracelets, and earrings are crafted from either brass or 18-karat gold, depending on the design.

• All ring bands are made with 18-karat gold.

• Jewellery findings (such as clasps and hooks) are made of either 18k or 22k gold, or brass with micron gold plating.

(2) Clasps

All bracelet clasps are made from brass with micron gold plating for durability and finish.

(3) Stones and Strings

Pearls and colored stones used in earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, maang tikkas, pendants, etc., are strung on brass wires.

(4) Designer Pieces

Bases of designer bracelets or chains are set in either brass or gold. However, as stated, all central motifs are always set in 22 karat gold.

(5) Size and Dimensions

Each product listing includes detailed size and dimension information to help you accurately visualize the actual piece.

Note:

2. Metal composition can be customized based on your preferences. Kindly discuss and confirm any customizations at the time of placing your order.

Variance in Weight

The gold weight mentioned for any product may vary slightly. As per industry standards, a tolerance of ±0.05 carats in total carat weight is allowed. Our product measurements are based on manufacturing specifications; minor differences may occur due to finishing processes.

Please note:

• Gold charges are based on the net gold weight of each item, not the overall gross weight.

• Natural gemstones used in each piece may vary in color, cut, size, and shape, making each piece uniquely distinct.

• For gemstone and pearl sizes, a tolerance of ±0.25mm is allowed.

• For diamond jewellery with multiple stones, the minimum total carat weight is provided. Color and clarity grades represent either a minimum or an average grade:

1. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds meet or exceed that quality.
2. If stated as an average, the overall quality equals or exceeds the stated grade.

Variance in Size and Colour

Due to screen resolution and photography variations, items may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. We include precise height and width measurements, along with scale references, on every product page to help you understand the true size.

Certificates and Authenticity

Every piece of jewellery from Zewarsthan is crafted with care and dedication by skilled artisans in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Our Polki jewellery is made exclusively with 22 karat gold, ensuring durability and a secure setting for these precious stones.

All jewellery comes with a certificate of authenticity from the BIS Hallmark certificate (or our in-house laboratory, which verifies the genuineness of both the Polki stones and the gold used).

Using proprietary techniques, we minimize weight without compromising strength, keeping jewellery light and comfortable to wear. You are charged strictly for the quantity of gold and the number and size of stones used in each piece.

Jewellery Care Recommendations

All fine jewellery requires delicate handling. To keep your jewellery looking beautiful for years, please follow these care guidelines:

• All jewellery is presented in a protective gift box - store it safely when not worn.

• Clean gently with a soft cloth after use.

• Gold-plated wire jewellery may tarnish over time; polish regularly with a clean, dry cloth.

• Semi-precious stones can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dried carefully.

• Store each piece separately in its box/soft pouches, in a cool, dry place to avoid scratches and tarnishing.

• Avoid hanging jewellery on stands for long periods to prevent quick tarnishing.

• Keep jewellery away from direct sunlight and avoid contact with water, moisture, perfumes, chemicals, or deodorants. Do not spray perfume directly on jewellery or on the skin area where jewellery is worn.

• Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, cooking, exercising, or engaging in any manual or household work.

3. Ordering and Payment

At Zewarsthan, placing an order is simple and personalized. Customers can place orders by directly contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or through the contact details provided on the Website.

Once you finalize your selection, we will confirm availability, pricing, and shipping details with you. Payments can be made securely through the QR code provided on the Website using Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, or any UPI-enabled platform. We also accept payments via cheque for your convenience. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select ready-to-ship products. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Please note that an order will be considered confirmed only once the full payment has been successfully received by Zewarsthan.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email, WhatsApp message, or a call. You must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and delivery address.

For orders above INR 2,00,000/-, you are required to provide your Permanent Account Number (PAN) or any other valid government-issued document, in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Custom Orders

• Design: Custom jewelry pieces are made to order based on your specifications.

• Payment: Custom orders require either full payment or a minimum of 25% advance at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch or upon COD.

• Production Time: Custom pieces may take 4-6 weeks to complete.

• Returns: Due to the personalized nature, advance payments and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Repairs Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Duration:

• Made to Order Dispatch: Each piece is lovingly handcrafted after your order is placed. Please allow 3–4 weeks for dispatch.

• For Ready-to-Ship items, we aim to dispatch within 4–5 working days.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free delivery across India. For remote areas, shipping availability and charges will be confirmed individually.

International Orders:

• Free shipping on orders above ₹2,00,000 (custom duties extra).

• For orders below ₹2,00,000, a flat fee of ₹11,000 applies (custom duties borne by the buyer).

Delivery Updates:

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or Email with shipping details and a tracking link.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Returns, Warranty & Damage Reporting Policy

Accepted Claims/Warranty - Manufacturing Defects Only

We accept warranty claims only for genuine manufacturing defects. No other issues are covered under warranty.

Reporting Damaged Deliveries

Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing their order. If your order is received in a damaged condition, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us through:

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Tarnishing due to exposure to water, chemicals, soap, hand sanitizers, cosmetics, perfumes, or acidic skin

• Breakage, misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling

• Loss, modification, engraving, bending, or unauthorized alterations post-delivery

• General wear and tear, including scratches or abrasions from daily use

• Discoloration caused by sweat, friction, rough surfaces, or environmental exposure

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed with full or advance payment, it cannot be cancelled. However, we can issue a credit note or voucher for the paid amount, which you can use for any future order. Please contact our team on WhatsApp for assistance, or Click Here.

Repair Policy

We offer repair services for jewellery purchased from Zewarsthan only.

Steps:

• Contact our support team first to discuss your concern.

• Send the product to us after written confirmation, at your own cost.

• Our team will inspect and share a repair quotation.

• Work begins only after your written approval.

• Return shipping (after repair) is also your responsibility.

Delaying Delivery Requests

If your order is ready and you are informed by the Zewarsthan team, the balance payment must be completed within 7 working days. If delayed from your side, the gold rate applicable will be the higher of the original rate or the prevailing rate on the new dispatch date.

For COD orders, a written confirmation is mandatory before dispatch.

You must inform us in advance if you wish to postpone the delivery and propose a new date. We may accept or reject it based on operational constraints. This clause does not apply to delays caused by unforeseen events beyond your control (such as natural disasters or government-imposed lockdowns).

By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

5. Insurance

At Zewarsthan, we take utmost care in ensuring your jewellery reaches you safely. We provide transit insurance for all shipments - this covers your jewellery until it is delivered and accepted by you. After delivery, the responsibility of care passes on to you.

6. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order with Zewarsthan, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older, and

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian laws.

You also confirm that you are not restricted by any laws that would prevent you from agreeing to our terms.

Minors under 18 years of age must use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

7. Registration & Information

To shop with us or use certain features on our website, you may be required to share personal details such as your name, email address, contact number, and delivery address.

8. Resell, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

(1) You may resell your Zewarsthan product(s), subject to Zewarsthan’s policies, with two options available:

In case of exchange:

• Gold: 100% of the actual gold rate applicable

In case of cash refund:

• Gold: 100% of the actual gold rate applicable

(2) Please note, the Firm does not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances since every product is handcrafted specifically once an order is placed. However, in exceptional cases, you may contact the Firm’s customer support. After verification and consideration, such requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the Firm’s sole discretion.

(3) The Firm is not responsible for any costs related to return shipping, insurance, or postage. These costs will be your responsibility.

(4) Any advance payments made to the Firm are non-refundable under any circumstances due to the custom handcrafted nature of each product.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Intellectual Property Rights & Usage License
