🛒 Order Processing

• All ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

• Depending on the design complexity, Made-to-order and customized pieces may take 10–21 business days.

• You'll receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is shipped.

📍 Domestic Shipping (India)

• We ship PAN-India via reputed courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders. For remote areas, shipping availability and charges will be confirmed individually.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for select PIN codes. Additional charges may apply. (Read more...)

🌍 International Shipping

• We ship globally via trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, or India Post EMS.

• Shipping charges are calculated based on location and order amount at checkout. 

• Free shipping on orders above ₹2,00,000 (custom duties extra). 

• For orders below ₹2,00,000, a flat fee of ₹11,000 applies (custom duties borne by the buyer).

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges as per the destination country’s laws.

📦 Packaging

• All jewelry is securely packed in tamper-proof, elegant boxes.

• Every product includes a Hallmark Certificate and, where applicable, gemstone or diamond certification.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since our jewelry is handcrafted and often custom-made, we follow a transparent and fair return process:

✅ Eligible Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or different from the order.

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and certificates.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-designed or personalized jewelry

• Items purchased during a sale or discount offer

• Gift cards or promotional items

• Used, altered, or damaged items post-delivery

🔁 Return Process

Email us at zewarbikaneri@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 24 hours.

Mention your order number and attach images/video of the issue.

Once approved, we'll arrange for reverse pickup (if available) or ask you to ship it back.

After inspection, we will offer:

• Exchange (preferred)

• Repair/replacement (if applicable)

• Store credit or refund (in special cases)

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

• Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

• Shipping, COD, or return courier charges are non-refundable, unless it was our error.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

For custom orders, cancellation is not allowed once production has started.
