At Zewarsthan, we make ordering simple, secure, and personalized to your needs. You can place your order by reaching out to us directly via WhatsApp, email, or through the contact options on our website.

How to Order & Pay

🛒 Order Process

Once you finalize your selection:

• We’ll confirm product availability, pricing, and other necessary details with you.

• You'll receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or call upon successful payment.

• You must provide accurate personal details, including your full name, contact number, and delivery address.

Note: For orders exceeding ₹2,00,000, you must submit your PAN or another valid government-issued ID, as per Indian regulatory norms.

💳 Payment Options

We offer a range of secure and convenient payment methods for your ease:

✅ UPI Payments (Instant & Recommended)

Pay instantly using any UPI-enabled app such as Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, YONO, BHIM, or private bank apps (e.g., ICICI, HDFC, etc.).

✅ Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)

You may transfer funds directly to our State Bank of India (SBI) account through NEFT, IMPS, or RTGS.

✅ Offline Cash Deposit

For payments below ₹25,000, you can deposit cash directly into our bank account. Please share the deposit receipt with us after completing the transaction.

✅ Cheque Payment

Accepted only from pre-approved customers. Please contact us in advance for cheque payment authorization.

✅ Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available on select ready-to-ship products. Written confirmation is required before dispatch for COD orders.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

📌 Important Instructions

📤 After making a payment, please share a screenshot or UTR/Transaction ID via WhatsApp or email to confirm.

🧾 Order processing begins only after full payment is received. COD orders require written confirmation before shipment.

❌ Do not accept or approve unsolicited/unknown UPI requests. We only accept payments and never request funds via UPI.

For our bank account details or UPI ID, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or email.

🛠️ Custom Orders

We love bringing your vision to life with custom-made jewellery.

• Design: Custom pieces are created based on your unique preferences.

• Advance Payment: Full payment or at least a 25% advance is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid before dispatch or at delivery (for COD).

• Production Time: Custom designs typically take 4–6 weeks to complete.

• Return Policy: Since these are personalized pieces, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
